PERSONAL INFORMATION: Sydney was a school teacher for almost 25 years before she ran screaming out the door to become her own boss. She tried all the usual ways of making a living "from home" - real estate, commodities trading, buying tax liens, multiple level marketing, mail order - until she discovered the Internet and fell instantly in love. She began selling on eBay a few months after it opened, and has been having a great time ever since.
